xamppWin-1.7.3 vs CodeIgniter (version problem)

I am using codeigniter 2.1.0 on xampp 1.7.3
But now i want to use CI 1.7.1:-P (bcoz there are many tutorials of older versions....like net-tuts)

So pls suggest me a xampp version according to CI 1.7.1 and give me some links of CI 2.1.0 tutorials.

I do not recommend using the earlier version, you would need to UN-learn too many things.

Read and search the forum posts and ask questions. You may do the tutorials for earlier version(s), but be prepared to have some things fail due to changes in the coding. Read the User Guide and as a minimum, do the example "welcome world" project.
