hi,
I am new to CodeIgniter and I'll be using it to communicate with HBase and for exposing a REST api.
Is any of you aware of such an interface? A google search didn't help.
If CodeIgniter doesn't have driver for HBase, how should I go with implementing one?
Should I create a library or try and mess with system/database?
I need to connect to HBase via Thrift. A persistent connection would be nice. A connection pooler would be even better. Any ideas where to put this functionality?
