Can I use my own designed templates in CI?

I have developed a small site with full functionality. Now, I am trying to integrate it with the template designed by me.

How can I do it? Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

If I want to use tables in .html file for templates instead of CSS or JS then how can I use it.
I have designed my templates using html files with CSS and JS. How can I integrate those html files with my site? Do I use full routes to the resources base_url (as per you said)??

yeahp, the .html's must be on view's folder, i save the css and js in the same folder
