500 Internal Server Error

I've changed some files in my application.
I'm getting 500 internal server error.
How can i know whats happening?

How can i find the syntax/logical error?

Trun on CI Profiler and see what it says

Or check the apache error logs , that will have the reason for error.

Did you change your .htaccess file? That's a common error associated with bad .htaccess rewrite rules and stuff like that.

What are you using wamp, xampp ?

xampp doe's not play nice in the windows program files you need to install xampp in your c: root
