.htaccess file not worked in Windows host..

I used Windows share Host (IIS6). I create a site in PHP(codeigniter) in Apache and I want move it to Windows host. .htaccess file not worked

I don't know is ISAPI_Rewrite install, How to understand this? Can I install it in my panel?or How to install ISAPI?

Since it's a share hosting, I doubt you could install the module by yourself. better ask the hosting to do it.
