use redirect or load

i have form after the form is insert to the database which is the best method use redirect or load view

redirect, imo.

Simply because POST data still exists after submitting a form, so if a user accidently clicked refresh of f5 or something, they'd be resubmitting data they've already submitted.

i have notice that when i checked my database i found that i have the same record 27 time i was clicking refresh to see some error .
can i ask if you know how to pass variable from another controller to the same view
