So I am building a website in swedish, meaning I have to use non-english words such as åäö. The UTF-8 and everything is set just fine, but when I use the form_validation library, it doesn't output the letters correctly, and instead give me some strange questionmark icon. HOW DO I fix this, the smoothest and easiset way? I really want to use CodeIgniter, but If this cannot be fixed in a cool (smooth) way I need to change.
