Looping through a DB for all information

I have the headings set in the controller that passes the info the the view (shown above). Do I need to move the headings into the view for it to work with multiple tables?

Adding the clear in the controller after it builds the table does not work either.

I just tested this in the view and it works. Is there anyway to keep it in the controller or for this type of situation the heading needs to be in the view?
