Percent symbol lost when followed by a number

Hi,

I have been experiencing some weird thing with a form.

When I submit a form via post method, I have a '' in a text field (or text-area) but when I see its value in the controller, the percent and the number are gone (the rest of the text is OK).

It does not happen with one digit numbers (1, 2, 3...).

How can I solve it??
