Please tell me if this installation procedure is right:

1-I uploaded the dir CodeIgniter_2.1.0 to root/home keeping index.php without moving



2-I edited config,php this way:

Im getting to figure out you only specify url path on system and application when you move the
dir to other location other wise is worthless isnt it?
