Can any one make a CI login and registration form that can validate and submit to a database???

If you're doing this for a class, you should be doing your own homework and not asking others to do it for you.

There are 2 parts to user registration.
#1. The sign up
#2. Authentication.

This is my favorite base for authentication (#2)

Some prefer a more whole solution. In that case something like simplelogin or freakauth might be more suitable.
