Migrations modification

I wanted to be able to change the table name of the migrations table. I've added a new line to the config and modified the migrations class. Would these changes be beneficial to the community? Would someone like to submit these changes?

It's more likely a pull request since it's no bug/error/etc. (which would bring up issues). At least I would say it's worth a pull request.
