Helper not loading on Server

Hi guys, very very new to this so...

Ive been messing around with a site im building, and ive just uploaded my site from my pc (WAMP setup), through Dreamweaver to my hosting server to test it online.

My problem is that on my localhost, it works fine, but when i upload to server i get the message:

An Error Was Encountered
Unable to load the requested file: helpers/scms_helper.php

Im not sure where to start with this, except maybe something to do with proper file paths?

Any help would be great.

OK, I managed to get past this by changing the name of the file, i think it might have been cause the file was in caps? not sure. but now its saying

An Error Was Encountered
Unable to load the requested file: SNAPSE.net

SNAPSE.net is the name of the site?!? not a file or view or anything?

Not really able to determine the problem without seeing the problematic code.

Post the code loading the helper, using it, and the helper itself including filenames.
