Multiple images upload

Hey all.....
I want a functionality in my site to have two multiple image upload fields in one form. I want to use only one upload box for each field.So can anyone help that how can i achieve this?

but in this thread the view file contains multiple image uploading field,but i want only one field to upload multiple images and like this i want two separate image uploading fields.
