Redirect to URL content page

Dear All,

I want to know how to redirect to web page of certain site using QR Code?
Means lets take one example of www.google.com. I can create QR Code of text www.google.com & when I decode it with a software installed in my mobile I am getting the right URL in text form as www.google.com.
Now I want to navigate automatically to www.google.com from my mobile. So I want to ask you what I should do to achieve this? Means any coding? etc?
