Codeigniter CLI linux

[eluser]kezman[/eluser]
On my local machine CodeIgniter Cli works pretty good.
On my live machine CLI outputs nothing on every request

Code:

php index.php controller function
php index.php test abc

My Environment constant is set to 'development';
My system and application paths are full.

How to figure it out?
