CodeIgniter 1.6 Language Pack - German/Deutsch

Ok, I have updated my CI to 1.6 yesterday and found some new language definitions - so here it is. Hope it's translated well.

UTF-8, no html entities

ISO-8859-1 (latin1), Umlaute as html entities

Looks good. Any chance you could convert the Umlaut(s?e?) to entities?
