Problem : Cannot download anything from EllisLab Github

Hi,
I want to download codeigniter recaptcha.
I went to https://github.com/EllisLab/CodeIgniter/wiki/ReCAPTCHA

After scrolling down, I found a link
https://github.com/EllisLab/CodeIgniter/..._2.0.0.zip

When I click on that, it redirect me to the page where I see a message :
You do not have permission to update this wiki.

I am unable to download file File:recaptcha_2.0.0.zip

There's nothing wrong with the Github wiki. The problem is the content in it was pulled from a wiki hosted on CodeIgniter.com, and the files were not brought with the content due to a lot of things being old, missing, or spam. There's a note about uploaded files at the bottom of the wiki homepage.
