users ip addresses

I want to let users edit there posts on my site if there ip address matches the posts users ip address.

The only problem with this is people on the same internet have the same ip address. Is there a way to get each computers address?

I just need to go a step further and get the actual computer who posted it. is there any way to identify different computers on the same connection?

note, i dont want users to have to login so thats why im using their ip

Do you really need to do this, sounds like a flawed logic. What if the user has multiple "computers" (laptop, smartphone, tablet), or their computer dies and they buy a new one, then they cannot edit anything... anyway, anyone sneaky can mask IP addresses or Mac addresses, login is the safest method.
