Sturgeon retires from CI

I'm sure everybody is aware by now, but Phil Sturgeon is retiring from CI and moving onto new job opportunities. I'm thrilled for him and absolutely wish him the best. He's done a tremendous amount of good for CodeIgniter and for that we should all be very thankful.

Should there be any concern that this move will impact the CI community and progress in general? Or are others going to step up in his place? I know he wasn't the only developer, but he was certainly one of the big players.
