Wiki article 'Users Library'

Hi,

I read this article on the wiki of EllisLab. I like the simplicity of this library but I can't download the library as under the Installation section the download link 'File:Users_0.5.zip' is red.

This library is made by Derek Jones according to the wiki and I would like to know how to obtain this library?

If nobody has this file anymore, is there somebody that has a very simple alternative like the wiki article?
