Page for quick form creation

Hi CI forum,
today I wrote a small webpage to easily create model, view and controller code for a form to use in CI, the page is written in javascript so everything can run clientside.

It is still a bit rough but it get the work done quickly and avoiding typing errors, let me know your impressions.
