Basic navigation

Hi, on my localhost accessing the about page works fine - localhost/basic_site2/site/abo­ut

however...

when I try and access the about page online using the correct url I cannot access it...

I have changed the base url in my config file...

Here is the navigation I am trying to setup: http://www.exercisenetwork.co.uk/

Any obvious reasons why this may be?

Must be your .htaccess.
Can you copy/paste it ?
