JS adjustment

I bought a template off of themeforest and now it was taken down so I'm here to ask a question about some of the functionality that is used. Since the original functionality was changed so I can use it with codeigniter I'm asking what I need to do to correct my problem.

If you notice how it rolls up all the way passed the content area and not sure what I need to correct in my js so that it can only roll up to the content area when a link is clicked.

Shouldn't there be a documentation included in the file you downloaded from themeforest? On the other hand you can just do a line-by-line comparison of the two pages' source codes you posted in your link.
But, not offense, this is a PHP/CI (i.e. server-side) development forums so we don't necessarily know the answer to your client-side/JS problems. Please, either search some JS forums, look through the source codes or look for the documentation.
