Hi there,
We have been using code igniter for a few months now and it's great. I have a question now, and I'm not sure how to solve this.
We have 1 view, based on 3 views (header, footer and the content). Within the content view we execute a heavy query (stock) that selects data from a variety of tables. The query works fine but it takes a while to load.
Is there a way to load and show the header/footer view, and use a "loader" (i.e. Jquery?) so that the user sees that the data is loading?
You see it all the time at other applications, but I don't where to start! Hope someone can help us!
