CodeIgniter Redirecting to domain.tld

Hi All,
I have made a fresh install of CodeIgniter at this location: http://www.legacysafeguarduniversity.com/faststart/

The first page just links to 3 different controllers, the main one I am focusing on is http://legacysafeguarduniversity.com/fas...maha/index

However, as you can tell, it redirects to domain.tld/omaha/index

I can not figure out why. I have this same, exact setup on a different server, however that server is not setup to send mail so I need it on this server. Those links can be seen here:

I'm really not sure where to begin looking, I have a Wordpress multisite setup on the root directory (http://www.legacysafeguarduniversity.com) which also uses an .htaccess file but I don't see how that would be causing an issue. I haven't done any modifications to the .htaccess file in codeigniter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
