HMVC w/ common folder + PHP AR setup

Hi, I'm using HMVC modular extensions by wiredesignz + PHP AR. But now I wanted to use PHP AR + HMVC w/ common folder to be used for multi sites. Do someone know how can I make PHP AR work with this HMVC w/ common folder - https://bitbucket.org/xperez/codeigniter...pplication
