I'm gonna wait for CI 2.0 - it's the future! Tongue

Nice job guys, you're awesome. Does this mean we can soon expect an EE2 as well???

You might want to update the ZIP file as well, Derek... Smile

I'm going to wait for the 3.0, with all the web 2.0 stuff 2.0 seems so meaningless today Smile

Congratulations on the final version a lot of work got into it and it shows!

Hm ... that's pity. Ability to store custom session data in the database still isn't the part of CI core Sad(

I know, I know ... DB Sessions solves this ...

Nice job, but I as a performance fan have a little disappointment because of a little decrease in speed with this release...

Did a little test on welcome page on my local mashine with JMeter:

CI 1.5.4 (with CI 1.6 Session library)

No of Threads | Latest Sample | Average | Deviation | Throughput | Median
1500 | 31,33333333 | 1865 | 4058,666667 | 1560,983333 | 47

CI 1.6

No of Threads | Latest Sample | Average | Deviation | Throughput | Median
1500 | 46,66666667 | 2090,666667 | 4796,666667 | 1403,88 | 47

But I understand, functionality costs.. ;-) Peace! Soon I will finish my auction application on CI 1.5.4 Smile

You missed out the most requested feature on this forum. This framework still wont totally make itself through 2 lines of code and a telepathic connection... We're waiting dude!
