CodeIgniter DOMPdf Css Problem

I have an invoice page and it contains a pdf button which generates pdf of that page. but when i click on that button, it creates the pdf but styles does not works that means external css is not implemented on that pdf.
I am using DOM PDF for codeigniter
so, what can i do now?
