Quick Ref in docs for 1.6.0

Just noticed the Quick Ref both in HTML and in PDF have not been updated to reflect the 1.6.0 changes.

I am quite busy running my own biz and building up CI for my future projects, otherwise I would love to help. I could probably make the easy changes in the HTML ( easy as in I know it changed in 1.6 ) but beyond that I wouldn't be able to complete it since I started using CI only a month ago @ 1.5.4.

quick ref is an image!, guess that makes sense, but, I'm no master gimp.
