Using Typography class to convert textarea linebreak to <br />, but removing tags on loading back into textarea

Hi guys,

I found needing to use the typography class to be able to add html formatting from a textarea post.

Now, I have the opposing problem, when loading the data back into the text area I need to remove the html tags and have it like it would be in the first place.

Any pointers on the most effiecent and accepted method?
