Controller Tutorial "Hello World" From Manual - Not Working?

If you're a complete beginner to MVC/Frameworks and have started with CodeIgniter you may end up feeling like an idiot and getting frustrated when you can't get the "Let's try it: Hello World!" example to work;

If you're getting an error then that might be because you worked through the "static pages" or "news section" tutorials just before and had changed the application/config/routes.php file. Remember?

If that's the case then you'll have to go back and change it to what it was originally.

I was annoyed and happy at the same time when I finally realised the fix. Hopefully by submitting this Topic you'll not have to go through the same experience.....
