URL... was not found on the RomPager server.

Hello guys I have a problem here about the IP configuration of my web. The problem is if i open the web in different PC and different area and try to access the URL

http://122.3.199.142/mypage

It shows my page without an error, but when i access it in the server's PC and in the other PC within the place which is the server is located. It shows the error:

Object Not Found

The requested URL '/mypage/index.php/test/test1' was not found on the RomPager server.

u sure the client was connected? try to ping.
