All urls return to home

I copied an application which was running well on a virtual server with Centos/MySql and a Plesk control panel to another one running Centos/MySql with CPanel.

But in the new installation, all pages I call from the url bar return to the default page.

Should I reset any codeigniter, php or Apach variable?

I changed the URI PROTOCOL in the application/config/config.php file and it worked.
