Debug mode?

I'm trying to trace down an error on insert (autoincrement on a PK is off).

I've delved into DB_driver, query, and noticed that db_debug seems to be on - I can't seem to find it to turn it off though.

Anyone know which file it is in?

db_debug is set in the config/database.php file
