Photos (albums, etc...) Suggestions

Hello,
I am working on a project and we are going to be integrating photo albums as a feature in the coming weeks and I would love to hear any suggestions for existing photo classes/ CI freindly applications, that would handle all of the standard photo needs like, cropping, rotating, galleries, photos with next/previous buttons... basically the off the shelf photo needs.
