Routing Issue[RESOLVED]

RESOLVED: Apache eats babies.

Hi guys,

I just logged onto my site and found that the domain name is no longer pointing to the default controller. I am getting a CodeIgniter error: "404 Page Not Found The page you requested was not found." None of the files were changed and this was working before, the only change was an Apache recompile which I compiled back to the original settings when I saw the error. HTACCESS was also unchanged.

Any idea what could be causing this?
