Licensing for one parent organization and its franchises?

I sent this to [email protected], but figured others might already know the answer.

We have the potential of doing a regional project for the a large organization (let's call it Disney for ease of explanation), with the potential of our implementation being used for other "regions." Though the Disney is large organization, there is quite a bit of regional autonomy: 1) Disney, Inc., 2) DisneyLand, 3) DisneyWorld, 4) Disney Channel, etc.

The prospect was asking how licensing would work for such an organization, and I didn't have the answer.

The project is such that after one franchise is built, it could be replicated. So what we build for Disney Land would be used for Disney World, and then the Disney Channel.

Would Disney buy 1 license, or 4 (using the examples above?)

(All I need now is to get Disney as a client =)
