changing default template only takes effect in safari but not in firefox

I changed the default template from codeigniter admin. But the changes are only visible when I visit my website in safari. If I use firefox, I get the old template.

I have cleaned my browser cache, web server cache and restarted the server to no avail.

Any idea how to resolve this problem?

It definitely look like something cache issue. Did you try with firefox's 'new private window'? Or, is the templates are something those loaded via javascript(which may be working on chrome, but not in firefox)? If you have it hosted on some server, link would be helpful for us to inspect.

On what I have tested, it works on opera and safari, not on chrome and firefox. The website is www.hot4live.com. Warning: Adult content.

Btw, it works on all browsers on my local test machine. It is only when I upload to the server I get the problem.

Can you please tell the where you did change? I mean how to identify the difference between firefox and safari output? Apparently seems same to me(or is it working to me )?
