Weird characters at the end of URL

[eluser]RMinor[/eluser]
I am getting URL's that look like this:

http://localhost/weddingconnect/album/ke...bAK9GTTVk0

Has anybody had this happen before? Let me know if you need certain info from my config files, controllers, etc. I wasn't sure if this has happened to anyone before though.

For some reason this is not happening on my remote server. I guess it's fine then.
