I'm new in codeignitner.
there is something I cannot understand.
to have a GMT list I use
timezone_menu function(date helper).
it gives me a result without name of city. is there anyway to obtain "Atlantic/Caribbean" instead of UM8 ??
the issue is that if we don't have name of the city and governments try to shift time by one hour in spring or falls(daylight savings time), what would happen? can CI give us the correct time?
