Codeigniter boostrap

Hi,

I have created boostrap project for everybody who wants to start develop with Codeigniter as quick as possible.

I have added to Codeigniter installation, Twitter Boostrap, SimpleLoginSecure library and template library, which I have found on the internet.

To get started you just need to download zip from this repository and then copy it to your local server.
