CI-Ion Auth Using Language Class

Hi all, I have a question about the lang class and it's use in Ion Auth and other CI applications. I see that this class is most useful for internationalization. Are there other benefits to using it? I am currently developing an application using CI and Ion Auth and have been debating on whether or not to make use of this class. I just don't see a real advantage to this over coding the html directly into my views. FYI, my application will not be used outside the US. Thanks for any advice you can give!

The only advantages of using Lang along with the views is internationalization and ease of updates since all your text is in one file. There's no problem with creating your own views.
