Addons / Library for Large Project

Hi All, I'm about to start a large project but not sure what to use for addons and library.
I've used grocery crud for small project but lacking of multiple tables support, so I might switch back to classic style else will consider if you guys have alternative.

Anyway please suggest what should I use for the following :
CRUD : classic or old style (please suggest if you have)
CSS : http://www.getskeleton.com/
JS : jquery
ORM : propel

Adding some info :
My OS is Win7 and will run the application in WAMP.
just added this because some library is hard to install in windows platform
