Facebook like page without allow ?

I'm tring to make my system for facebook applications like : https://www.facebook.com/{FACEBOOK_PAGE_...pp_{APP_ID}
But I can NOT get $_REQUEST['signed_request'] to check is a user liked the page or not.
Any idea how to resolve this problem without installing application(allow..)

Well now a days there is lots of free tools through which you can get lots of FB like within few days so just search in Google and try to use those tools simple

The problem is that I do not want to use things done through the internet.
Problem there comes from the fact that losing index.php in the url queried and can not intercept $_REQUEST
