How to insert data using MS SQL 2008 R2 using CodeIgniter?

HI all, I am new here and to CodeIgniter, I am facing problem regarding in the inserting data in my database, I am already connected in the database becasue I already have a Login, but, when trying to save data in my database, it load a blank page and nothing happening. Kindly assist me regarding inserting using CodeIgniter...Thanks a Lot.

Have you tried using "sqlsrv" for the database driver? You set it in the database.php file in the config folder. I use that and have no problems with a mssql db.
