Sub-directory inside of Controllers folder

Hello dear users!

Please help me with sub-directory in controllers folder. I want to have a directory for public files and admin, but i'm having problems with sub directory. Classes which are inside of subdirectory are not working. I have seen the tutorial and i made the same thing, but again it doesn't work, how can i do it?
