Need help with Live Chat - Php/Ajax installing

Hey Guys,
Does anyone know how i can fix this.

I've purchased & downloaded this live chat

I've also followed the steps but still the live chat doesn't display on the main page ( index.html ) after i've placed the display code there too.

Does anyone know what i can try to do or how to fix this?
