CodeIgniter is on HackerOne
#1

CodeIgniter has been approved as a project on HackerOne.

CodeIgniter recognizes the important contributions that the security community currently makes and can make in the future. We want to make sure that we find any security issues in our open-source project, so we can fix them as soon as possible! If you find vulnerabilities in our framework, we’ll be glad to hear about it on HackerOne or in our security mailbox at [email protected].

Help our framework and score a “thanks” and new reputation points on HackerOne. If you find impressive vulnerabilities, we’d be happy to credit you in our changelog.

What a great website that is. I love their payment model, free until it proves of value.

Code:
How Does HackerOne Make Money?
We only earn a fee after you've improved your security. Specifically, HackerOne takes a 20% fee when you reward a hacker for discovering a valid security hole that's not only worth fixing, but also rewarding.

Does CI generate revenue in any way I wonder?

Perhaps it should add some ads to the site :-(

CodeIgniter does not generate any revenue.
With our connection to BCIT, the site will not have any ads or reciprocal links.
