In my opinion, "practical guide" focuses on more real use cases, and deals
with advanced topics.
But it does not mean the sample code in it is the exact real production code.
If code is too complex and/or too long, I would probably simplify it a bit.
More important thing is who read your book. If readers don't know English,
Books written in English are useless.
